A new-build holiday home in the centre of this very picturesque historic village.   It adopts the local vernacular but manages to have a 40% larger floor area than the house replaced while occupying the same plan area & being no higher.  Complex substructure design & advanced waterproofing enables it to with stand a 1m North Sea surge tide.
