Our task was to find a clever way of getting Listed Building Consent to build very substantial new offices in what would originally have been the back gardens of three Listed Grade II townhouses from the 1740’s, & then linking them through to the rest of the auction house’s estate.

Our solution, which was very well received by all, was to design the offices as if they were glass & steel trees standing in the old gardens.
